The SC2900TF TEMPEST Computer is based on the powerful new Intel Core i7 processor (the world’s fastest processor) and Intel DX85SO motherboard for incredible performance in a highly reliable and extremely durable solution where processing performance is paramount.

The Core i7 four-core single-die and motherboard architecture work together to deliver astonishing performance, up to four times that of current Xeon processors but with lower power requirements, making it suitable for compute intensive applications, multitasking and virtualisation scenarios.

Configurable as a Tower or Desktop, the SC2900TF combines industry leading Intel technology with the proven engineering, integration, and compliance capabilities of SST. Other aspects of the SC2900TF are designed to match the processing performance with up to 16GB of DDR3, 1600MHz memory supported, up to four drive bays, onboard SATA RAID and up to six PCI/PCIe card slots and extensive graphics and interface options.
